Bartosz Szczepaniak

Patent Attorney, Legal Adviser. A professional representative before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). A member of the Regional Council of Patent Attorneys in Gdańsk during the term of office 2017-2021.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and from postgraduate studies in industrial property law of the University of Warsaw. An author of publications on the protection of intellectual property rights. A long-term partner in a patent firm of Gdańsk. He is specialised in problems related to patent law, trademark law and acts of unfair competition, which includes filing applications for registration of trademarks and industrial designs in the Polish Patent Office and the EUIPO, conducting proceedings before the Polish Patent Office and administrative courts. He conducts negotiations and settlement talks, including proceedings for infringement of exclusive rights before common courts. While searching for solutions, he analyses the Client’s needs. In his free time, he develops passion for acting and climbing.

Marcin Sanner

Lawyer, Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun.

He has extensive experience in providing legal services to entrepreneurs and entities operating in the public finance sector. A participant of domestic and foreign conferences related to the areas of law he is specialised in. He prepares and gives opinions on agreements. He conducts and coordinates disputes. The scope of his interests also includes problems related to copyright law and acts of unfair competition, as well as Internet domains (consulting, registration, assignments, disputes). He loves mountain running and climbing.

Rafał Nowak

Assistant, national security graduate, political science student at the Jagiellonian University.

Interested in new technologies, cat behaviorism and broadly defined internet culture. As a hobby, he translates computer games. In the office, he is responsible for organization of work, trademark analysis and translation of documents.

Natalia Niemyjska

Trainee attorney

A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Gdańsk. She is interested in issues related to the protection of intellectual property, with particular emphasis on disputes. As part of the Erasmus + program, Natalia studied at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf and at the University of Split.
